       (1) Free 20-minute initial call

(2) Assessment - This will be a one-off charge that enables us to understand your company and business sector. Our representative will be happy to spend two days at your office or working remotely. We will utilise this time to get acquainted with your team, consolidate existing systems, and identify and plan for the implementation of new procedures, policies, and structures necessary for ISO compliance. Payment will be required in advance of this meeting 

(3) Setup Charges - This entirely depends on the amount of work required and the timeframe in which you would like to be prepared for your first audit. Individual quotes will be provided after the assessment.

(4) Monthly Management – An agreed monthly fee will cover our remote services to ensure that your system remains up-to-date, along with conducting monthly audits with your team in accordance with ISO requirements. This will prepare you for an audit in the subsequent year.

(5) The representation cost during the audit will enable us to attend each year, collaborate with the auditor, and be present in person throughout the audit. This way, you can attain ISO accreditation without utilising all of your or your employees’ time.

Please be aware that travel and accommodation will be billed separately.

Your company must sign a three-year contract prior to commencing the setup work.

The booking and costs for the ISO audit are not the responsibility of Integrity Isolutions Limited.

In the unlikely event that, after the initial assessment, we determine it would be cost-effective for your company to hire a full-time staff member (which would currently cost around £43,500 per year), we will make this recommendation along with our finalised price. Should you decide that a full-time employee is the better option for your company, we would be pleased to send a separate quote to assist your new employee with setup and provide management training to help them get started. If you choose to continue with our personal services, we would happily accommodate this.
